Live Entertainers to Have on a Virtual Call

Ad

Virtual calls are becoming the new house party.  Instead of dealing with having to clean up dishes, we’re having to deal with someone’s internet glitching in and out, and the slow relay that makes a simple song of Happy Birthday sounds like a lousy quartet performance.  Still, these parties can have all of the fun and magic that many in-person parties had!  It doesn’t have to be difficult for everyone to have a fun time.  Plan, and hire some fantastic entertainers.

Here are the top live entertainers to have on your next virtual call gathering.

Impersonators

There’s nothing as thrilling as getting to say you had Marilyn herself at your party. Of course, it’s a Marilyn Monroe impersonator, but screencaps of the virtual call will be hilarious.  Pick an impersonator or two that suits the people in your market.  If someone’s a huge Johnny Depp fan, you can find a Jack Sparrow impersonator; look around for who suits your friends’ interests.

Musicians

Who says that Spotify has to be your music choice for the night?  Live performers heighten virtual calls to another level.  Have a string quartet play during your D&D game, or enlist a talented singer to belt out a love ballad during a virtual engagement party.  You can find gifted musicians for whatever you want them for, have fun with it!

Comedians

Nothing livens up a virtual call like endless laughs.  Having a comedian on hand will ensure everyone talks about this call, like an in-person party.  Comedians will relax the atmosphere and have smiles across every single face and screen.  If you’re not sure what kind of comedian to pick, think about what your friends’ sense of humor is like.  Most comedians have reels os you can see them perform before you interview them for the gig.

Fire Dancers

We can’t all be outside together, so something is thrilling about seeing a fire performer in real-time doing tricks that can make your heartbeat even faster.  There’s no risk of you burning down the venue or anyone inhaling smoke; you get to watch from the safety of your home as a live performer puts on the show of a lifetime.  You can often request things, like specific routines- or for them to wish the birthday person a good year, make sure to communicate anything you need before the call starts!

Cartoonists

Although this type of entertainer might not be what comes to mind when you think of live entertainment- they’re almost perfectly suited to a virtual call.  Cartoonists can draw anyone in your party, or everyone together, talking or partying.  You can get the art of yourself riding a horse with a sword while you’re sitting on your sofa with a bucket of popcorn.  These can also be fun because many are willing to mail out the art after, and you can have a physical reminder of a fun virtual time.

Most performers are eager to put on a fantastic in-person show!  Interview around, be honest about what you want, and you’ll create memories for a lifetime.
