Eat Right
Maintaining energy levels throughout the day is important and it doesn’t have to cost a lot of money. Some children like to kill boredom and “motivate” themselves through eating. If this is the case, make sure that you have plenty of healthy snacks ready to go. Also, to minimize their distractions, make sure you schedule snack times.
