I am a huge fan of mystery boxes and have found some lovely designers and kits this way in recent year.
The team at Craft Paradise sent me a mystery box recently and I thought I would share here what was included.
What is a Mystery Box?
There are three different mystery boxes available from Craft Paradise: Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each one promises a mix of kits, charts and accessories and you won’t know until you open it what you might be getting. Craft Paradise have some amazing brands available so you are guaranteed to get quality items and some fun new projects.
What was in my silver mystery box?
The Silver Mystery Box costs £24.99 and included in mine were two full kits, a chart and a needleminder (Prices correct as of Feb 2026):
Blooming Garden Chart – £12.79
Summer Delight Kit – £9.45
Splashing up Some Fun Kit – (not on site any longer but retails around £30 – £36 elsewhere)
Needleminder – £7.99
In total the value of the items was in excess of £60, so very good value for the money spent.
The Needleminder is really good quality and grips the needle well, thanks to the super strong magnet on the reverse. I love the Letistitch needleminders as they come in really lovely designs so I am pleased to have one in my collection.
The two kits are Luca S and Letistitch and both these kits use Anchor floss. They come with everything you need including pre-sorted floss, needles, fabric and clear patterns to follow. I am not sure which I will start first but perhaps the Summer Delight one might be my next larger project.
Finally, the chart is from Letistitch. This is a really lovely design and come with a key of threads you need (DMC) as well as the threads length required. I have a full collection of DMC so I don’t have to worry about having a colour available but having the amount you need can be really useful as there’s nothing worse than running out of a floss partway through a project and having to wait for it to arrive.
Overall Thoughts
I was really impressed with the amount included in this Mystery Box and I will certainly treat myself again in the future. The Letistitch kit in particular is one I wouldn’t have chosen on the website but love the look of in reality.
