A question that I’ve asked myself quite often this year. A question that I never thought I’d ask so much actually, but with this year’s happenings, hand hygiene has become the most important thing in our lives. As Fizzy Peaches mentions on a recent blog post, “Washing your hands and teaching your children to properly wash their hands is up there on the list of important things to do.” So, it’s only normal to ask if hand sanitizer is safe for our children.
I’ve always used hand sanitizer and have taught my children how to use sanitizer but noticed that many parents question the safety of sanitizer, which made me start questioning the same. Personally, I think hand sanitizer is safe for children to use with adult supervision but let’s dig a bit deeper and see the ups and downs of children using hand sanitizer.
