My cousin told me about these Super Easy Cheese Biscuits and I thought I would share the recipe as it is one we have made again and again. I can’t recall where the actual original recipe came from but it is a good one that is really easy to get children involved in.
I have made these easy cheese biscuits quite a few times, and made them again over the weekend with Daniel.
I want to include him in cooking more and more and this was a nice recipe to do that with. I put the three ingredients into separate bowls, this allowed him to tip them all into the main mixing bowl. We mixed them into a dough and once I had made the dough he helped to roll it out and to cut the shapes. He enjoyed it and as we ate some at lunch time he kept telling me he had made them. We like to cut these into stars as they are easy for Emma to handle too.
They are lovely on their own, or I like to serve them with homemade chilli jam.
You could also try adding in a drop of tomato puree or even maybe some black pepper or chilli to give this biscuits a twist.
Let me know if you try them – I would love to know what you think.

This recipe sounds sooo easy. Can’t wait to give it a try with mine Littleun. And the weaning baby will like eating them too! Popping over from Twitter xx

These biscuits are lovely served plain with home made tomato or red pepper soup. Nice for big people too!
My children love cheese so this would be a good thing to try with them. I will definitely be trying them.
hope you enjoy them Helen, and thank you for taking the time to stop by x
They look great! I’m sure our 23 month old would love helping to make and eat them 🙂 Pinning this now to try out later
